80s colorful artisan made necklace is in great condition. Here is an iconic necklace from the 1980s that you would have found in any mall in a store that had handmade plates and huge bowls. This jewelry was worn with big shoulder pads to off set the earrings with the outfit. I found this piece at a consignment shop in Aspen.
